Abstract(in English) Scale matching based on Hessian matrix is utilized standard deviation of a Gauss function to a coefficient power as a normalization. However, the optimal normalized factor depends on edge shape of the structutre, and so on. In this study, we investigated a relation between edge shape of the structutre and optimal normalized factor by numerical analysis, syntheric data and chest CT images. Moreover, we investigated a decision of the normalized factor in the case of unknown shape information of the structutre.
