Abstract(in English) In this paper, we classify the-smoking conditions(before smoking and after smoking) by using the EEG. Moreover, we extract frequency characteristic of conditions. First, we measure the EEG data for subjects by using the simple electroencephalograph. Then, the EEG feature is extracted by using the singular value decomposition (SVD). We classify and extract feature of the smoking conditions by using the fuzzy c-means (FCM). Then, in order to show the effectiveness of the proposed method, computer simulations are done.
