| 抄録(和) | 近年,IC内部に生成するインダクタや,RFIDににおけるアンテナなどに,スパイラルインダクタやスパイラルアンテナなどのスパイラル構造の素子が用いられつつある。我々は,これらスパイラルインダクタを基板上に作成し,Printed Spirarl Inductor (PS-Inductor)と呼び,PS-Inductorのインダクタンスを,実測,およびシミュレーションによって導出する手法を開発した。本研究においては,PS-Inductorを2枚重ねる事により発生する相互インダクタンスを実測,およびシミュレーションによって求める新しい手法を開発し、PS-Inductorを用いた2つのコルピッツ発振器をPS-Inductor間に発生する相互インダクタンスを用いて結合し,発生する同期現象の観察,及び解析を行った。 |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, Spiral inductor or Spiral Antenna are usually used for IC, RFID and so on. We made a printed spiral inductor (PS-Inductor) on a board, developed a calculating method and an actual measurement method of inductance of PS-Inductors. In this paper, we measure the mutual inductance between two printed spiral inductors using new and previous methods. Further, we observe synchronization phenomena from the circuit experiments in a system coupled by the magnetic fields between two PS-inductors of two Colpitts-oscillators. |
