Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) NTT has proposed Hyper Multi-Point Data Gathering Satellite Communication Systems. From the viewpoint of efficient frequency utilization, pre-assign channel assignment scheme is suitable for the multi-point data gathering system. We propose new channel assignment scheme that achieves the improvement of the frequency utilization efficiency in consequence of combinatorial optimization problem by adjusting the transmitting time-slot and the frequency bandwidth for each channel. This scheme takes account of the data filling rate inside the time slot to improve the efficiency of total frequency bandwidth. Numerical simulation is carried out to verify the proposed scheme.
