Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, a novel structure push-pull voltage converter using the switched capacitor type voltage doubler is proposed. The designed circuit is constructed with 2-stage push-pull voltage doubler which has stable operation with small output ripple. So the output voltage becomes 4Vdd, but high clock signal is cross coupled to the input of the second stage of opposite phase as to reduce 2 switching transistors and capacitors. Although the number of transistor and capacitor is reduced, maintenance of performance of the circuit is verified with simulation results. And by adding 1 capacitor and 2 switching transistors the circuit can be changed to 8 times of Vdd maker.
