Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A novel short circuits for quarter-wavelength stripline resonators is presented, which could reduce characteristic variation due to manufacturing errors in positional relation between strip conductor and through-hole. The proposed circuit is composed of a short-circuited transmission line folded back along itself and coupled electromagnetically. An equivalent circuits and a design procedure of circuit parameters are disclosed. Through EM simulation, it is verified that some microstrip-type short circuits, which are operated at 10GHz, have much less characteristic variation than those in conventional ones.
