Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The purpose of this study is to develop a SCORM-compliant LMS that enhances learning by effectively and efficiently managing the learning itself. The study first developed a SCORM-LST by adding to SCORM a framework that describes facilitation corresponding to the learner's state of learning and that describes learning state transitions. The study then developed a SCORM-compliant LMS(SALMS: SCORM-compliant adaptive LMS) based on the SCORM-LST. This paper describes an evaluation of SALMS. The evaluation showed that SALMS enhances learning by effectively and efficiently managing the learning itself.
