Abstract(in English) Effective progress of a lesson is depends on not only a particularity of a tutor and learners but also affinity of a lecturer and a student. The authors experimented development of technique to analyze the good or bad of their affinity into by an examination and a questionnaire while paying attention to a particularity of a tutor and learner. An investigation object is an English conversation school where the class is organized with free participation. We assume to an empirical formula based on a law learned by experience beforehand and. Calculate the coefficient from" an examination and a questionnaire and we substitute it for an empirical formula and display class formation and affinity of a tutor as a radar chart visually. By this, we suggest class formation and a remedy of affinity of a lecturer concretely.
