Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we report an experimental implementation of a 2.4GHz 2×2 MIMO RF module. The target of an experimental implementation is TX(transmitter)/RX(receiver) subsystems which include PLL control circuit. In addition, we verify PLL frequency synthesizer which consist of evaluation board and microcontroller. Finally, we show implemented prototype of 2.4GHz 2×2 MIMO RF module.
