| 抄録(和) | 動画像から移動物体の領域を検出する手法の一つに背景差分法がある.背景差分法は,背景画像と入力画像との輝度差分がある閾値以上の領域を移動物体として検出する手法であり,計算量が少なく高速な処理が可能である.しかし一方で,この手法は,照明が変化する環境化において,移動物体を必ずしも高精度に検出することができない欠点を有している.そこで本文では,この問題を解決するために,背景差分法に非線形な前処理を加え,照明変化の影響を受けずに一定の閾値で移動物体領域を高精度に検出可能な手法を提案する. |
| 抄録(英) | Moving object detection from a video sequence is an important task in video analysis for such purposes as traffic monitoring and video surveillance. One of the frequently used techniques for the detection is background subtraction. The background image is maintained by background subtraction, and background subtraction enables detection of moving objects by thresholding the difference between a current frame image and the background image. This technique is simple and has good performance if the background image and the threshold are correct. However, it is difficult to maintain the correct background image and the threshold when the background is changed by illumination conditions. In this paper, an effective background subtraction technique that solves this problem is proposed. The proposed method enables maintenance of an appropriate background image and threshold and enables accurate detection of moving objects under the condition of changing illumination. |
