| 抄録(和) | 本報告では,音声信号の混合から,それぞれの音声を推定する方法を提案する.提案法では,信号を1周期毎に振幅が変化する周期信号群へ分解することで音源分離を実現する.この分解では,独立した音源の数が少ないことを仮定し,スパース性に関するコスト関数に基づいて混合信号の分解を行う.話者毎の音声は,分解から得られた周期信号を,話者に振り分けることで推定される.周期信号の振り分けのために,話者毎に得られる音声のLPCケプストラムにベクトル量子化を適用することで得られたコードブックを用いる.混合音声の分解結果は,そのLPCケプストラムと最も近い代表ベクトルを含むコードブックに対応する音源へ振り分けられる.実験では,話者が異なる音声の混合信号に対して提案法を適用し,音源分離が可能であることを示す. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we propose a single channel speech separation method based on a sparse signal representation. For the sparse representation, speeches are assumed to be periodic in each analysis frames. Under this assumption, speech mixtures are decomposed into amplitude modulated periodic subsignals for separation. This periodic decomposition is performed under the sparsity measure of the resultant periodic subsignals to reduce the number of the periods since the number of sources (speakers) is typically few. By this decomposition, the speech separation problem can be reduced to an allocation problem of the periodic subsignals to speakers. For this allocation, we employ the LPC cepstrum as a feature vector of a speech segment. In our approach, a codebook of LPC cepstrum is trained for each other. A periodic subsignal obtained by the periodic decomposition of mixture is allocated to a source which has the nearest codebook to the LPC cepstrum of the periodic subsignal. We demonstrate the speech separation by the proposed periodic decomposition for various speech mixtures. Comparison with the separation using DFT and binary masks is also discussed. |
