Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Suehiro, et al. have proposed a new information transmission method using the Kronecker product between the rows of DFT matrix and the data sequences called Vector-OFDM. OFDM (Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) has developed into a popular scheme for wideband digital communication systems. In this paper, we show that OFDM method is special case of Vector-OFDM. Using the Vector-OFDM we achieve 2.5times faster transmission speed compare with OFDM under same bandwidth, same transmitter power, same multipath environment, and same bit error probability.
