Abstract(in English) | The sign of DCT coefficients of a signal has both the magnitude and the phase of DFT coefficients of the signal. The value of translation can be estimated by using the phase and the value of rotation can be estimated by using the magnitude. Therefore, the sign of DCT coefficients expressed with 1bit is effective as a feature of signals. We evaluate the sign of DCT from the standpoint of computational complexity and storage capacity. We confirmed the correctness of our discussion by some simulations. |
