Abstract(in English) The satellite operational warning mail system is to prevent the on-orbital satellite anomaly from the harsh space environment events, when the large solar occur, and severe geomagnetic storm occur. In actuality, this system is to generate space environment alerts that are based on geosynchronous satellite real time space environmental data and solar X-ray data.
