Abstract(in English) Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency is developing Quasi-Zenith Satellite System (QZSS) including High Accuracy Experiment System (HIAPEX), Quasi-Zenith Satellite (QZS-1), and QZS tracking & control stations. In this paper, we describe the whole system design of QZSS.
