Abstract(in English) Recently triple play services such as high quality video streaming become popular over newly spread broadband infrastructure. Moreover, new services such as control of appliances are proposed. To provide these services, home gateway at entrance of a user home performant role. The home gateway is required to be capable of high speed forwarding because new services will require more bandwidth. In this paper, development of a home gateway platform which has throughput of 1 Gbps wire rate at any packet length is reported. Also an implementation of the home gateway and evaluation results are shown.
