Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A new type antenna has been developed that characteristics are according to both of Yagi-Uda antenna with high F/B ratio and dielectric patch antenna with small size and with simple feeding system. The antenna consists of two dielectric chip elements, that is, RF exiting element arranging on the front side and parasitic one on the back. The latter is terminated by the reactance. The performances of the antenna are about 2dB and 10dB higher in gain and F/B ratio, respectively as compared with the conventional patch antenna.
