Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Wireless sensor networks can be applied to not only data gathering application but also huge application area. This paper describes a sensor node and an operating system that is developed in view of application oriented approach. Using this sensor node and operating system, we have developed the various applications: context-aware services, data-gathering applications, and sensor-actuator cooperation services. The developments validate our application oriented approach.
