| 抄録(和) | 高齢化社会が進む現在の日本では,骨粗鬆症の患者は約1000万人にも上るといわれており,更に増加する傾向にある.骨粗鬆症を予防するには早期発見・早期治療を行うことが必要である.また,マルチスライスCTの開発により,短時間に高精度撮影することが可能になった.そこでマルチスライスCT画像を用いて,骨粗鬆症の診断を支援することにより早期発見・早期治療を行えると考えられる.本研究では,肺がんなどの疾患を対象として撮影されたマルチスライスCT画像を用いて,骨粗鬆症の診断を支援するアルゴリズムの構築を目的とする.本報告では,マルチスライスCT画像による椎体の3次元解析アルゴリズムを提案し,本アルゴリズムが骨粗鬆症の医師の診断を支援するものとして期待できることを示す. |
| 抄録(英) | In present Japan to which an aging society goes, the patient of osteoporosis is said to go up also to about 10 million people, and is in the tendency which increases further. It is required to perform early detection and early treatment for preventing osteoporosis. And development of the multi-slice CT enabled it to carry out high precision photography for a short time. Then, it is thought that early detection and early treatment can be performed by assist diagnosis of osteoporosis using multi-slice CT images. In this research, it aims at construction of the algorithm which assist diagnosis of osteoporosis using multi-slice CT images photoed for diseases, such as lung cancer. In this paper, the three-dimensional analysis algorithm of the vertebral body by multi-slice CT images is proposed, and what this algorithm can expect as what assist diagnosis of the doctor of osteoporosis is shown. |
