| 抄録(和) | 医用イメージングモダリティの発展は,医用画像の高精細化を実現している.高精細なCT画像は膨大なデータ量であり,読影医師の負担増加が問題となっている.このCT画像が持つ情報の活用を目的としたComputer-Aided-Diagnosis(CAD)システムに期待が持たれており,研究開発が進められている.実際の臨床では装置,撮影者,撮影条件などが異なる多様な検査が実施されている.特定の臓器,症例を対象として開発した診断支援技術が臨床でその性能を十分に示すために,多様な撮影からの適切な撮影の選択が必要である.本研究は多数の多様な検査画像を用いて,検査部位を自動的に識別するアルゴリズムについて研究開発することを目的とする.本報告では部位固有の骨格のパターンを用いた判別手法について述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | Advances in medical imaging modalities enable high-resolution imaging. The computed-tomography (CT) is generating large-volumes of image data. This increase in the amount of image data is an important problem to consider. Computer-aided Diagnosis (CAD) systems have been researched to make full use of the image data. In medical sites, there are some varied examinations which have been conducted. The examinations have differences in the imaging modality model, operator, and scan conditions. To select the examinations from the varied examinations is necessary to make full use of CAD algorithms that are developed about specific organs and diseases. The purpose of this research is the development of automatic classification algorithm of body parts. In this report, we describe a classification method using patterns depending skeleton of body parts. |
