| 抄録(和) | 本研究において,間接型FPDシステムにおけるX線光子数,信号の大きさ,コントラスト,蛍光体の線像強度分布,および検出器の数をパラメータに含む1次元モデルを作成した.モデルを用いて個々の検出器における光エネルギーの平均値と分散が解析的に求められることを示した.また,この平均値と分散を用いて,信号検出能の評価関数を定義し,システム条件であるX線光子数,信号の形状などのパラメータと理論的信号検出能との関係について,数値計算をおこない検討をおこなった.さらに,コンピュータにより画像パターンを作成し,理論的信号検出能と人間の信号検出における視覚的印象との関係について検討をおこなった.理論的信号検出能と蛍光体の線像強度分布の関係において,視覚的印象と同様の傾向があることを示した. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper deals with theoretical analysis of the relationships between signal-detectability of images using the indirect Flat-Panel Detector system and the system condition. A one-dimensional model is presented to evaluate the theoretical detectability of images. The ensemble average and variance of the light energy distribution at the individual detector of the system are obtained by using this model. The theoretical detectability was evaluated by use of the value that was defined by the ensemble average and variance. To investigate the influence of the parameters of the system on the detectability, numerical examples were shown. To evaluate the visual detectability of images by a human observer, computer-generated signal-contained images were used. In a comparison between the theoretical and visual detectability, it was found that the visual detectability is in good agreement with the theoretical detectability. |
