| 抄録(和) | 肝臓内に発生した腫瘤等の肝区域の特定はCADシステムにおいて重要である.肝臓内血管は肝区域の区分化に必要不可欠な情報であるが,非造影のX線CT像においては肝臓実質との濃淡分布の差が小さく,自動的な抽出と分類が困難であった.本研究では非造影のCT画像上に撮影された肝臓領域から濃度変換処理とヘッセ行列を用いた肝臓内の血管の自動抽出手順と,その抽出結果から肝臓の右葉と左葉を分割する中肝静脈の抽出について検討する. |
| 抄録(英) | Classification of liver region of couinaud segment is significant information for computer-aided diagnosis system to localize the position of lesions in the liver region. Hepatic vessels are essential information to classify the liver region of couinaud segment however automated segmentation and classification of hepatic vessels are difficult in non-contrast CT images due to the low contrast between hepatic vessels and liver tissue. In this paper, we propose an automated extraction scheme for extracting the hepatic vessels and distinguishing the hepatic vein and use it to classify the liver region into right and left lobe. |
