| 抄録(和) | 近年、プリント配線板(PCB)は実装部品の小型化、高密度実装化とともに配線の微細化の傾向にある。これに伴って、PCBの振動、衝撃は実装部品、ならびに、接続の信頼性に多大な影響を受ける場合がある。本研究では、ホログラフィを応用して、実装部品の振動、衝撃に伴うPCBの変位パターンを測定した。さらに、変位パターンから、画像処理技術を応用し、PCBの変位パターンの3-D表示することによって、詳細な解析が可能となった。 |
| 抄録(英) | Due to a trend of miniaturization and diversification of electronic instruments and information facilities, the printed circuit board (PCB) is being made with finer structures, smaller through-holes, higher wiring density and more built-up layers. As the results, the vibration and shock being imposed to the PCB is becoming a critical reliability issue in electronic packaging and mounted parts. In this study, the vibration pattern of PCB surface was measured in case where the vibration and shock were applied by operation of mounted electromagnetic relay on the PCB. The holographic technology was applied. And, a graphic image processing technique was also applied for the quantitative measurement of displacement and 3-D graphic patterns were represented from holographic fringe pattern due to vibration and shock imposed to the PCB. |
