Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Moment method in spectrum domain and FDTD method are used in the analyzing the multi-layered frequency selective shield. But these methods can be applied only to the case where the spacings of the layers agree or they are integer times. In this paper single-layered frequency selective surfaces are analyzed by FDTD method, and represented as an equivalent circuit model. By the representation as an equivalent circuit model multi-layered structure whose spacings take arbitrary values can be analyzed. The parameters of all layers and the distance between the layers are optimized by genetic algorithm.
