Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have studied standing-wave method using a point source as a method of measuring the complex permittivity of the construction material. In this report, a simple measurement system was set up and the magnitude of the electric field was measured as a faction of the distance between the material and the receiving antenna. The measured data were fitted to theoretical curve to obtain the reflection coefficient in front of the material. Our proposed method is made valid by comparing the resulting complex permittivity with that measured by probe contact method. Also, the technique for reducing computation time that proposed before is useful for measured wavefront of the electric field produced in front of the material.
