Abstract(in English) Manganese oxides have been focused as a cathode material in the Li secondary batteries. Preparation of LiMn_2O_4 thin films were tried with a sputtering method. This metarial was focused from the cost performance and environmental problems. The crystal properties were improved after annealing process. The preparation procedure is introduced through this study.
