Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The authors have carried out a zone refining of several organic materials to investigate the effect of a purification and doping into organic semiconductor in details. Further, a melting process have been developed for the fabrication of the organic crystalline devices. The crystallinity of anthracene crystals was improved by the proper temperature and procedure. The field effect transistor characteristics of crystalline anthracene indicated the ambipolar carrier conduction.
