Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A current power-assisted bicycle is controlled only by vehicle information, and it doesn't cope with biological information. We evaluated charge of physical activity while cycling with a variable assistance bicycle. For examining biological information, we estimated Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia from RR interval time-series, and muscle activity from electromyogram. Then we combined these data, subjective evaluation, and vehicle information with the Self-Organizing Maps that allows to map multi-dimensional information onto two dimensions. According to the result, we evaluated the effect on physical activity when assistance ratio varied.
