Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Variety of microwave resonators are classified into 1, 2, and 3-dimensional structures according as the resonant frequency us determined by the length, area, and volume respectively. The unloaded Q's, i.e., conductor Q, dielectric Q and radiation Q follow a scaling law as a function of the resonant frequency . Theory, simulation and experiment are compared to show a good agreement for land 3-dimensional resonators, but fain result for 2-dimentionalcounterpart. |
