Abstract(in English) In this report, an RF-MEMS reflection-type tunable Band-pass filter (BPF) is described. Tunable filters varying values of lumped elements have low Q-factor, which introduces low insertion loss. Tunable filters with distributed elements have narrow tunable range. We have adopted a BPF configuration composed of a hybrid coupler and two identical tunable band-stop filters (BSF). Then, a low insertion loss and wide tuning range were obtained. A fabricated RF-MEMS tunable filter has three pass band that cover from the C-band to the Ku-band, with insertion losses of 3.2dB, 2,8dB and 3.5dB respectively.
