Abstract(in English) | Current distributions along the metal-rods which are arranged in two dimentional array are obtained by the point matching method. And the polarizations, which are calculated from the current distributions, lead the complex permittivity. By the method of using the complex amplitude of scattered fields, the permittivity can't be obtained above the frequency where the grating lobe occurs, but by this method the permittivity can be obtained above that frequency. The frequency characteristics of the permittivity show resonance dispersion by not only experimental study but also theoretical study. |
