Proposal of a Facial Expression Training System toward Target Expression

Abstract(in English) Facial expression plays an important role as a medium for conveying visually our feelings or intentions. Recently, facial expression trainings have been attracting attention as a mean for improving one's facial expression. In this study, a facial expression training method is proposed. The method proposes setting of target expression and the expression training. in addition, an interface of setting target expression is proposed. This study tries computerization of the method. Using the software for facial expression training, the evaluation experiment was conducted. The results shows the possibility of the software, and the future plan was described.
