Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we disscuss a network architecture realizing group-oriented communication for solving issues of the Internet, such as weak security and information S/N (Signal to Noise) ratio degradation, and propose an architecture based on multiple-association model. The proposed architecture can increase information S/N ratio for specific purposes by constructing multiple groups for every communication purpose, and can strengthen security by logically seperating groups each other. An existing user terminal is difficult to associate with multiple groups. Hence, in our network architecture, multiple groups are terminated at a Web concentrator, which realizes multiple association to several groups. user terminals directly connect to Web concentrator. Web concentrator aggregates the contents from multiple groups as a portal site, and transmits the aggregated contents to a user terminal. Several network technologies are helpful for realizing group-oriented communication habe been proposed. From the result of comparative evaluation, we show that SSL-VPN is suitable for access networks connecting Web concentrator and user terminals, and MPLS-VPN is suitable for the backbone network connecting Web concentrators. Consequently, it is expected that the proposed architecture realizes high security and high information S/N ratio for Web-based applications. |
