Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The diversification of the use of wireless communication has been proceeding rapidly with the diffusion of cellular phone and wireless-LAN. In the emerging wireless communication environments various wireless systems coexist and various applications can be used. On the other hand, there is increasing concern that the growing use of wireless systems will exhaust the finite wireless resources. Cognitive radio has been proposed as a solution to this problem. Cognitive radio aims to optimize the efficiency of utilization of radio resources by switching communications among multiple wireless systems. We have proposed a traffic control method for a multi-hop access route using inter-terminal multi-hop communication in cognitive wireless network. In this report, we describe traffic control method for multi-path and multi-hop access routes. The access routes are composed of both the multi-hop access route by WiFi, and the access route by WiMAX.
