Abstract(in English) Visible Light Communications that has attracted attention recently. has following characteristics.We can find the lightings that is transmitter visually and we can control coumunication area easily. One of applications of Visible Light Communications that makes the best use of these characteristics is location information offer system.In this paper, we propose the application of Visual Light Communication to Pedestrian WYSIWYAS Navigation Systems,and puresent the result of experimental evaluation.
