Abstract(in English) | Radio equipment capable for various radio communication standards with any carrier frequency, signal bandwidth, modulation scheme, and MAC protocol is getting more and more desirable. The needs come not only from users' desire that a handset able to access to any cellular or wireless LAN standard in the world and to receive TV and radio broadcasting, but also from the requirement of efficient spectrum use by realizing cognitive radio which switches the carrier frequency and the radio access system. Here technologies of analogue RF circuits and devices required to so-called "software (defined) radio" and "reconfigurable radio" is viewed and discussed. |
