| Abstract(in English) | Each university has been developing learning contents by public funds offered by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology etc. Such Projects of learning objects development have problems of sharing systems of learning objects and its correspondence of copyright protection. It is necessary to examine copyright and intellectual property problems on sharing and reuse of learning objects. This paper examines problems to promote sharing and reusing of learning objects on two concrete cases. |
