| Abstract(in English) | E-learning with information networks provides various kinds of learning environments for anytime and anywhere. However, teachers who must make learning materials cannot prepare sufficient quality and quantity of e-Learning contents, because making them becames heavy task to the teachers. In our research, we propose "Self Study Material Contribution and Sharing System" that students can create study materials and share them independently. In this paper, we discuss learning for information technology engineer certifying examination as the target domain. We also design and develop our system for the domain. Learners are expected their positive participation into the learning environment our system provides, because they create self study materials independently. In order to promote such positive participation, our system shows concrete qualifications as the intrinsic rewards. In addition, our system provides functions of ranking and comment as the extrinsic rewards especially for promoting creation of self study materials. |
