| Abstract(in English) | Recently, in university, they attempt to adopt learning management system which treats learning contents and registrar information. Functions of them are mainly to give information from the university and to require students' reply. Because students use them passively, they don' have so much access by own intention. In this research, to improve usability for students, we propose PASPort, which is personal adaptive student portal site for cooperation with learning management service. PASPort prepares own MyPage for each student, which puts together personal information from sites of the university or teachers. MyPage offers several Web services. It contains personal information management tools like scheduler and agenda. It also contains communication pages like Blog diary and BBS. It extracts concerned entries with a student from lesson information and inserts them into student timetable automatically to promote daily access. As personal adaptive function, it offers customaizable page layout and input support by access environment and operation history. In this paper, we consider the requirement definition and conceptual design of PASPort. We discuss a schedule management module based-on lesson table. |
