| Abstract(in English) | e-Learning is growing as an education technique to support educational curriculum in university education. It is important to make learners possible to use e-Learning systems suitable to their needs and to share the learning data and functions among e-Learning systems.The emerging paradigm of Web services promises to enable partners to easily use applications via the internet. In this paper, we discuss the framework of producing learning evaluation tools and loosely coupling learning evaluation tools with Web service technology. We also show the implementation methods for three kinds of learning evaluation tools respectively. |
