Abstract(in English)	Recently, e-Learning has widely spread. Individuals and institutes that manage e-learning course are increasing. There are many problems how to design the course, and to execute it efficiently. Knowledge to solve those problems are tacit knowledge, and it is difficult to share them. In this research, we propose the base to share and to retrieve useful knowledge to manage the e-Learning course.
