Abstract(in English) In this paper, we present design and implementation of e-Learning system for higher education such as graduate education in science and technology. Our goals are as follows : (1) User can use their contents of presentation. (2) Client application which can be used on any platform. (3) Simple system which can be used by everyone. (4) Offline usage is available. We have developed a web application server using Tomcat(Servlet/JSP) and MySQL and application clients using Java which are launched by JWS(Java Web Start). Moreover, we have succeeded to run the client application on Windows, Mac and Linux and enable offline usage.
