Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In a large-scale public space, transcendent communication has been proposed as a method for administrative staff to efficiently help visitors. In the transcendent communication environment, administrative staffs watch the bird's-eye view of the virtual space which simulated the real space, indicate particular visitors and communicate with them. In this research, we apply transcendent communication to outdoor event halls. And we develop a system that help the security guards navigate the event participants. We install the system in a real event hall and estimate the effects of indirect communications caused from transcendent communication by analyzing the interaction between the security guards and the participants.
