Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Over the last few years, metadata standard of administrative information which focus on the accessibility has been developed in the advanced economies. Applying these techniques into multi-agent system, we could realize effective and efficient electronic conferencing system that could help or replace humans in the fields of public policy-making, e-pedagogy, various types of conference, even the Diet/Parliament as an advanced function of e-democracy or e-government. However in Japan, metadata standard is treated as unimportant. In this paper, we consider the electronic conferencing system which we strive to realize with metadata and Integrated Argumentation Environment, and report possibilities for applying.
