Surface resistance measurement of RE (Y,Dy,Nd) Ba_2Cu_3O_<7-δ> thin films in dc magnetic field

Abstract(in English) We measured the surface resistance (R_s) of the RE (Y,Dy,Nb) Ba_2Cu_3O_<7-δ> thin films varying a dc magnetic field and temperature in order to investigate a difference of an intrinsic surface resistance for the REBCO materials. The R_s of REBCO thin films were measured using the dielectric resonator method. The R_s values of YBCO, DyBCO and NBCO thin films were nearly the same for a wide temperature region in a zero external magnetic field. Also, under a dc magnetic field, the R_s values of YBCO, DyBCO, and NBCO thin film were almost the same in low temperature region, although, the R_s values of the DyBCO thin film was lower than that of the YBCO and NBCO thin film in high temperature region.
