Abstract(in English) In this paper, we design the impedance matching circuit which connects an electrically small antenna to a semiconductor tip: they are composed of the coplanar wave-guide (CPW) transmission line resonators and Inter-digital gap. We use an electrically small slot dipole antenna. The design was performed with the aid of the electromagnetic wave (EM) simulator. We also make the antenna and measure it.
