| Abstract(in English) | It is very difficult to development Broadband infrastructure in remote areas, such as, isolate islands and mountain regions. This is because the development is too expensive for local goverenments or telecommunications carriers, even though there are no technical difficulty. It is likely that people in remote areas will develop Community Broadband infrastructure by themselves if some low price methods are proposed. So I aim to make the cost lower by research and development of Internet access line sharing and wireless LAN regional network, and to utilize Community Broadband infrastructure by regional IP phone service. |
