Abstract(in English) We successfully developed 1-package bi-directional module with transmission/receiving optical devices, electrical devices and optical elements in one package. Precision adhesion fixed technology is applied to this optic-axis fixation, and realized a more strength and higher precision comparing with conventional YAG laser welding. Our new technology is very promising for low cost bi-directional module.
