Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A calibration system of RF power sensors has been newly developed at the National Institute of Information and Communication Technology (NICT). It can calibrate RF power sensors with WR-15 (V-band) and WR-10 (W-band) waveguides in the frequency up to 110 GHz at 1 mW (V-band) and 0.1 nW (W-band), respectively. In order to calibrate the sensor accurately, the Simultaneous Comparison and Substitution Method is emloyed as the algorism of calibration method. The mewly developed system has performances that the expanded uncertainties of the calobration of a power sensors with V-band is 3.4% at 75 GHz and with W-band is 4.0% at 110 GHz (coverage factor k=2), respectively.
