Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In system development, the knowledge of a target business is very important factor. However, parts of suitable knowledge are different for each stakeholder and each time. Therefore, we require the method of measurement of understanding level for a stakeholder and the method of categorizing business knowledge. This paper proposes metric of 'difficulty level" in order to categorize business knowledge. Moreover, we perform the experiment of confirming suitableness of 'difficulty level".
